Pokušavate smanjiti količinu šećera u svojoj prehrani? To može biti prilično teško jer su mnogi ovisni o slatkom.

No, to ne znači da je to nemoguće učiniti. Mlijeko s ekstraktom vanilije može zavarati vaš mozak. Naime, vanilija u mlijeku će okus kafe ili smoothieja učiniti slađim, a konzumirat ćete puno manje šećera, otkrilo je nedavno provedeno istraživanje, prenosi časopis Women’s Health.

Can I get a raise of hands if you have heard that sugar is: 👉Poison☠️ 👉Addictive😈 👉Evil👹 The cause of all of our ailments 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 . 🤬ENOUGH with the fear tactics🤬 . Sugar (whether in the form of fruit🍎, cookies🍪, ice cream🍦, coffee creamer☕️, bread🥖, pasta🍝, beans, or ANY other carbohydrate or starch) is your brains preferred source of energy. It is quick fuel, gets the job done, and keeps you alive. . If you feel like sugary foods are trigger foods, fear foods, or something that once you start you just can’t stop- I want you to ask yourself a few questions: ✅Do you restrict these foods from your diet? ✅Do you deny yourself sweets, or feel guilt or shame when you do allow yourself to eat them? ✅Do you have the same reaction to a snickers bar as you do a slice of pineapple? . Our pleasure centers in our brain light right up when we eat sugar( the same way they light up when someone is on cocaine🤯! And also the way they light up when we listen to music we enjoy🎸, or are doing a hobby⛳️that makes us happy- basically anything that brings us pleasure). On an evolutionary level, sugar keeps us alive, so we are wired to enjoy it. The amount of pleasure nuerohormones that are released when we eat sugar after a period of restriction? 👍MORE👍! 👉So what could happen if we STOPPED demonizing and restricting this food group?👍 . . ✨✨ I am currently accepting new clients for my Empowered Eating program. Razlog za to je fascinantan, a leži u mirisu. Naime, miris vanilije u mnogima budi sjećanja na djetinjstvo, jutra kad su kuhinje mirisale na mamine i bakine kolače. To omogućuje da “okusite” šećer, čak i ako ga nema puno u hrani ili napitku koji konzumirate, pretpostavljaju znanstvenici.

Trik s vanilijom možete upotrijebiti kada je u pitanju bilo koje jelo, od koktela, do doručka. Dovoljno je samo dodati nekoliko kapi ekstrakta vanilije pa možda i vi otkrijete da konzumirate manje šećera, a da uopće o tome ne razmišljate.
